P2 is a year of big transition, as your child prepares to grapple with more challenging content as they progress on to Primary 3.

Your child will expand their language skills and acquire test-taking strategies through our comprehensive practices in listening, speaking, reading and writing that are based on Primary 3 question formats.

Another distinctive feature of our Berries curriculum is our blended learning model which combines in-person classroom lessons with online learning. Capitalising on children’s natural inclination towards technology and fun, our “Berries Challenge” online platform takes learning beyond the physical classroom, allowing your child to discover the limitless world of learning even after class. Besides reaping results from the interactive practices, this blended model also trains your child to take ownership of his learning to become a self-directed learner.

Our Primary 2 curriculum will support your child in the following areas:

At Berries, we have always emphasized on advanced preparation towards the PSLE from Primary 5. Hence, the children at Berries have always been remarkable at their PSLE every year. With only a year left to the PSLE, sufficient preparation in Primary 5 is key to helping your child with a smoother transition to Primary 6.

In this final lap, we will proactively work with your child to prepare extensively towrds securing AL1 for their Chinese paper. Through intense practice and review of past year papers and analysing of common mistakes, your child will master the examination format and answering techniques, and further strengthen their proficiency in the Chinese Language. This will give them a huge boost and a better advantage at Secondary school.

Our Primary 6 curriculum will support your child in the following areas:

VOCABULARY

• Effectively master P6 vocabulary as well as strengthen their vocabulary from the entire primary school syllabus through practices with various question formats

READING COMPREHENSION

• Refine their techniques in answering comprehension questions by revising the various question formats with longer passages and questions of varying difficulties
